"I came across the Gold Coast Exchange website thru a friend who uses it.
I have placed a few adverts and within a week have successfully rented the duplex.
I recommended it to my son and he used it also.
I have never attempted to buy from the site, only handle rentals for interstate friends who have investment properties on the Gold Coast.
