 Zumba fitness classes. Hello everyone :) I know that there are a lot of you out there who have heard of an even tried a Zumba ® class. To be very honest with you the very first time I tried Zumba ® I was incredibly uncomfortable until I realised that there was such thing as `dancing like no-one is watching` and even if they are, not caring :) The most important thing to me is that you get a great work out, you feel incredibly welcomed and you leave with and smile from ear to ear. YOUR FIRST CLASS IS FREE AND YOUR NEXT 5 CLASSES AFTER ARE $5.00. After this introductory special classes are $10 for the hour with every 11th class FREE :) CURRENT CLASSES ARE AT: D&D PERFORMING ARTS SCHOOL, 5/7 Villiers Drive, Currumbin Waters ON THESE DAYS : Tuesday 1.30pm ZUMBA @ D&D (Great class form mum`s with young children who want to learn to dance as there is a ballet and tap class running at the same time as you are shaking it with me ;) Wednesday 9am ZUMBA GOLD @ D&D Wednesday 7.00pm ZUMBA @ D&D Friday 9am ZUMBA GOLD @ D&D CLASSES START BACK 7TH FEBRUARY 2012 Zumba Gold ® is for active older adults, people with injuries, beginners or for anyone who just wants to take it at a slightly slower pace.
