Hi there My name is Ashlee i am 21 Years old i work fulltime for a building company and i live with my housemate Leanne who is 26 years old and is a fulltime manager for 2 hair salons. We live in a 3 bedroom house in Upper Coomera. We have 1 room available to rent. You will share a spacious bathroom with Leanne who is neat and tidy and a bedroom to yourself. The bedroom is completely unfurnished so you will need to supply your own furniture.I have a small dog named Diesel and he is very friendly and playful so an animal lover would be preferred. *Rent will be $127 each by the 3 of us. *We share the cost of Electricity etc equally *Leanne and i currently go halves in WIFI and Austar so if you wish to use these services you would ofcourse need to share the monthly costs which is fair :) We are easy going people, we are looking for a respectable person too move in. all applicants will need to fill out an application form to be submitted to the real estate for approval so no blacklisted people im sorry.
